Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your FinAura pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom, limited-edition, or sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
